What is Skis.com's Return Policy?
Our return policy is very flexible! Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Skis.com meets your high standards when you receive it or you can return it for a replacement or refund. You can return your Skis.com purchase within 45 Days of the invoice date as long as it is unworn with the tags still attached for a full refund. If a return is received after 45 days, a 15% restock fee will apply. Returns received after 90 days are not accepted for refund. Please refer to the Exchanges/Return Policy for more information.

How Long Does it Take to Ship My Order?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, our U.S. customers usually receive their merchandise within 2-5 business days with the standard shipping methods of UPS Ground or U.S. Mail. For faster delivery, expedited methods (3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day) are available and can be selected as the order's shipping method during the online checkout process. Select items are drop-shipped from separate distribution centers, these drop-shipped items may ship and arrive on a different day than the rest of your order. How Can I Track My Order?
Simply click Track Order under the account icon at the top of the page. You will only need your order number and your email or phone number used when checking out.
You can also login to your account by clicking My Account under the account icon at the top and track from there. Once Logged in, scroll down and click "Order History," then find the order you want to track and click the order number to view that order. From there you can find your tracking information for this order.
For orders with multiple items, there may be multiple tracking numbers. There may be a delay in receiving tracking information for drop-shipped items; however, that does not mean that the item has not yet shipped. We also email your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
How Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Please call or email us with your changes as soon as you can. Since we usually package and ship orders the same day they are placed, contacting us immediately is best. 1-833-338-7547 or support@skis.com. Please be aware that we are sometimes unable to accommodate order changes if the order has already shipped or if items on the order are being drop-shipped from a separate distribution center.
Does Skis.com Ship to APOs, DPOs, and FPOs?
Of course, we do! Anything we can do to support our troops! Most orders over $50 will ship for free. Thank you very much for your service to our country!
Does Skis.com Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world every day! This ensures our customers the lowest UPS international shipping costs possible. International shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and can be seen on the webpage after your Shipping Address information has been entered. All shipping costs and product costs shown on Skis.com are in United States Dollars. Duties and taxes are sometimes applicable on international shipments and are the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery.

Does Skis.com Price Match?
Yes, we will price match a product's price on a competitors' website if that in-stock product is the same style, color, size, and is from the same season's collection as what was found on Skis.com. Can you mount bindings on skis for me?
For safety reasons, we do not mount bindings on skis for online orders. We strongly recommend taking your skis and bindings to a local ski shop to have them professionally mounted.
What do I do if I ordered before September 2023?
Skis.com was previously owned by another company. Our current owners only bought the website domain. All orders placed before September 2023 will need to contact the old owners to receive support for those old orders. If you do not have the previous owner's contact info, please email us at support@skis.com and we can provide it to you.
